I'm with you.  Before I was able to overcome pornography, I had tried the church ARP groups in two different states, non-church 12 step groups for sex addicts, probably 5 counselors, 6 bishops, 3 stake presidents, and even letting my wife be in charge of every aspect of my digital life. 

None of it worked.  Only when I started to do this work was I finally able to get a grip, take control, and never turn back to pornography.  

Here's the difference, this program teaches you how to solve the problems you are facing through practical steps, clinically researched techniques, and personal knowledge of how to implement them and make adjustments on the way.

The two programs offer an enormous amount of support.  In The Self Mastery Membership you have open coaching 4 times each month as well as email access to Zach and Darcy for you and your spouse.  As a One-on-one coaching client, you get all the support available in the membership, Plus: You have access to Zach and Darcy via text and Voxer.  

The work we do will give you all the support you need so you can take back your agency and, eventually, support yourself fully.

For those in One-on-One individual coaching, you get to set the time and frequency of your call. This flexible approach helps make meeting easy.
